CLOSED REGISTRATIONS

Registrations for Summer Season at Downey Park are officially closed - no further late registrations will be taken unless already in communication with our Secretary, Lucy (10th September).

SUMMER NIGHT SEASON 2024

As BNA will not be hosting a Summer Night Season this year due to the court repairs, the committee has had to look at alternatives for this season.

We have decided that we will be joining Downey Park's Summer Blast Competition this year as an alternative. This means that games will be played at Downey Park Netball Association (Northey Street and Green Terrace, Windsor 4030), not at BNA like usual. There will NOT be any training over this season.

DPNA's Summer Blast Competition runs on a Monday and Thursday night.

Monday Night fixtures will run from the 14th October to 25th November.

Thursday Night fixtures will run from the 17th October to 28th November.

REGISTRATIONS

Registrations will open on Monday 1st July 2024.

Registrations are ONLY open to players who were registered with Netball Queensland in 2024 for insurance purposes over this shortened season. This includes players from BNA's 2024 Winter season, players enrolled in BNA's 2024 NetSetGo program and players from other associations registered in 2024.

Registrations will close on Wednesday 31st July 2024.

SNS 24 - AGE GROUPS

As Blue Jays will be playing in DPNA's Summer Blast, we will be following their competition age groups.

Club graders will try to keep Moddies teams together as much as possible for Summer 2024. Other age groups will be subject to movement based on age groups, skill and coach feedback.

**Mixed divisions at DPNA is dependant on team numbers and will follow mixed rules (i.e. only three males on court at any time)

FEE INFORMATION

As all registering players must have played in BNA's Winter Day Season 2024, no one will be subject to NQ fees.

Registration fee for 2024 SNS is $95.

This fee is inclusive of DPNA competition fee and umpire costs.

UNIFORMS

All uniforms are ordered through our Blue Jays online shop.

Compulsory Items

Dress $65 or Playing Singlet $32
Bike Pants $37.50
Socks $12

* Playing singlets can be paired with black shorts or leggings.

Uniforms must be paid in full prior to collection. Second hand uniforms may also be available through our Second hand page FaceBook page.

Please ensure you check your player's shoes for grip and appropriate support to help minimise risk of joint-related injuries.
